Collection Details
The purchaser shall be responsible at its own cost for disconnecting, dismantling and removing items purchased from the auction location. There are no overhead lifting on the site. Smaller items cannot be palletised and must be loaded & collected by the buyers own elected transport company or machinery removal contractors.
ALL LOTS MUST BE COLLECTED NO LATER THAN MONDAY 9TH DECEMBER, 2024
Viewing Details
Items can be viewed on Monday 25th November at the works in Cannock, Staffordshire between 9.30am - 3.30pm. All visitors will need to wear Personal Preventative Equipment (PPE). No minors are allowed on site.
Notice To Purchasers
If you are purchasing the equipment with the intention of exporting from the UK you must comply with all the necessary UK export conditions associated with this type of equipment. In certain instances Export Licences will be required and it is the buyer’s responsibility to make the necessary enquiries prior to bidding. Please note under no circumstances must the goods be used to support equipment for the armed or internal security forces of Countries subject to UN, EU or OSCE arms embargo.
PLEASE NOTE IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO APPLY FOR EXPORT LICENCES IF THEY ARE REQUIRED.
