Collection Details

Please note there are No lifting facilities on site and the successful buyers or their designated machinery removal contractors are responsible for the collection and removal from site. Method Statements and Risk Assessments must be forwarded to the auctioneers for checking along with a valid certificate of insurance prior to work commencing. The equipment must be removed from site no later than close of business on Friday 17th September, 2021

Viewing Details

On site viewing at Aberaman Park Industrial Estate, Aberdare, CF44 6DA on Tuesday 7th September, 2021 between 9.30am - 3.30pm. All visitors to the site must report to the machinebidder staff to sign in and have their temperatures checked prior to admittance. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn including face masks. No minors will be allowed on the site. Please note due to the Covid 19 pandemic hand sanatizing facilities will be available as you enter and leave the premises and onsite 2 metre distancing must be adhered to whilst on the premises.

The site is well located in Aberdare within easy reach of the A470 which is only 8 miles away leading to Junction 32 of the M4 Motorway. Cardiff is only 21 miles away and Swansea 25 miles. The factory is set within the established industrial location of Aberaman Industrial Estate.
