Collection:
The purchaser or its elected machinery removal contractor shall be responsible for removing items from the site. Lots 1-20 will be drained of coolant, electrically disconnected from the mains/transformer and where necessary parked up ready for collection for a fee of £100 + Vat which will be added to the buyers invoice.
Prior to any removals taking place risk assessments, method statements and insurance documentation must be forwarded to the auctioneers for approval. Any damage caused to the building whilst removing items will need to be paid for and contractors will be required to agree and sign documentation prior to any work taking place.
Viewing:
Equipment can be viewed at the works at Almic Engineering Co.Ltd, Mossdown Road, Royton, Oldham, OL2 6HS on Tuesday 12th May, 2026 between 9.30am - 3.00pm. Follow the machinebidder signs to the works. All visitors will need to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). No minors are allowed on site.
Notice To Purchasers
If you are purchasing the equipment with the intention of exporting from the UK you must comply with all the necessary UK export conditions associated with this type of equipment. In certain instances Export Licenses will be required and it is the buyer’s responsibility to make the necessary enquiries prior to purchasing. Please note under no circumstances must the goods be used to support equipment for the armed or internal security forces of Countries subject to UN, EU or OSCE arms embargo.The goods are sold on a Incoterms EXW (Ex Works) basis.
