Collection:
The purchaser or its elected machinery removal contractor shall be responsible at its own cost for electrically disconnecting and removing items from the site. Prior to any removals taking place risk assessments, method statements and insurance documentation must be forwarded to the auctioneers for approval. Any damage caused to the building whilst removing items will need to be paid for and contractors will be required to agree and sign documentation prior to any work taking place. All items must be removed no later than Monday 19th May, 2025.

Wellington Street, Bury. BL8 2BD between 9.30am - 3.00pm. All visitors will need to wear Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). No minors are allowed on site.
Notice To Purchasers
If you are purchasing the equipment with the intention of exporting from the UK you must comply with all the necessary UK export conditions associated with this type of equipment. In certain instances Export Licenses will be required and it is the buyer’s responsibility to make the necessary enquiries prior to purchasing. Please note under no circumstances must the goods be used to support equipment for the armed or internal security forces of Countries subject to UN, EU or OSCE arms embargo.
The goods are sold on a Incoterms EXW (Ex Works) basis and must be removed from the site no later than Monday 19th May, 2025.
