The purchaser or its elected machinery removal contractor shall be responsible for removing items from the site. Prior to any removals of machinery taking place risk assessments, method statements and insurance documentation must be forwarded to the auctioneers for approval. Any damage caused to the building whilst removing items will need to be paid for and contractors will be required to agree and sign documentation prior to any work taking place. ALL EQUIPMENT MUST BE COLLECTED BY MONDAY 29th JUNE 2026

Equipment can be viewed onsite at the engineering works in Oldham, Greater Machester strictly by appointment with machinebidder. Tel: 0161 345 3000. All visitors to the site will need to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). No minors are allowed on site.

If you are purchasing the equipment with the intention of exporting from the UK you must comply with all the necessary UK export conditions associated with this type of equipment. In certain instances Export Licenses will be required and it is the buyer’s responsibility to make the necessary enquiries prior to purchasing. Please note under no circumstances must the goods be used to support equipment for the armed or internal security forces of Countries subject to UN, EU or OSCE arms embargo.The goods are sold on a Incoterms EXW (Ex Works) basis.
